Ripoff, fraud a joke of a company and will lie to cheat you out of money

This company is ridiculous. I had signed up for a membership on a website. Cost was $2.95 for 3-days, and if membership was not canceled after 3 days, the $39.95 montly membership cost would automatically kick in. I decided to cancel my membership within hours of signing up to the website.

I canceled and received an email from this website, directing me to go to ccbill.com to finish the process. I do so, filled out all forms and submitted to them. To my surprise, $39.95 was deducted from my bank account a few days later. I saved the email I received and it is crystal clear I canceled the same day I ordered the membership.

I called ccbill.com and they claimed that I should have received a confirmation email from them, but I truly never did. I sent them the email from the website I joined that clearly showed when I signed up and when I canceled (the same day). No sir - they insist that without that email from them, they cannot offer a refund. They NEVER sent me one.

So I am out $39.95 after I joined a sucky website and canceled within a couple of hours.ccbill.com is a joke of a company and will lie to cheat you out of money. I will never patron a website that works with ccbill.com again.
