No refund

My wife and I joined this dmp and then canceled. We paid them or they took out $600 from our account and we want the money back. I have called and called. We just want our money back and from what I understand there are many others wanting refunds. One guy is handling it for all these people and the case has to go for review. Review for what just give the money back. That's the review. It is bad enough not getting the money but then it is like pulling teeth to get an answer on what is going on. I did talk to someone finally today and they said it is a very lengthy process. Lengthy to get our hard earned money back. Hmmmmm. They are not friendly at all and not pleasant to deal with. I recommend not dealing with them at all. When you cancel the program you are due the funds. They did not use any money to distribute to any creditors since we canceled before they could do that. The woman on the phone even said "we have many complaints" I am so glad I canceled this and just glad we did not give more money. Times are tight for many people now and it is not fair. The bottom line is it should not take a lengthy amount of time to get your own money back or at the very least say when a person will get it back. I can see a week or maybe 2 but lengthy does not seem fine to me.
