Ripoff never canceled my order and kept billing me for services i never used florida

I called mci to sign up for phone service they wanted a huge deposit from me even though i have good credit i told them never mind i don't want to go through your company so cancel this order they said order has been canceled. I thought that was the end boy was i wrong.

I received a message on my cell phone stating my service was hooked up thank you for choosing mci. I called mci back and explained to them i canceled this order they told me they had no record of the order being canceled but they will fix the problem and cancel the order once again and i will owe them nothing. So again i thought that was the end. Boy was i wrong once again 2 days ago i received a bill from them for 189.50 now thats when i got really mad i called them today and none of their employees speak english so i asked to speak to a supervisor it took 30 minutes to get one on the phone, and of course she didn't speak english well either. I asked her to resolve this problem and for her to give me her first and last name. She said i can give you my first name but not my last name. I"ve never heard of a company that can't give out there last name. Her name is sandy id#5720.

I encourge anyone who want's phone service not to go through mci you will have nothing but problems with them and it, s very hard to even get one of their rep's who speaks english. I was reading some of the other complaints on this site about mci and could not belive it. I wish i would of looked it up before even contacting mci..
