I bought laptop from them, $227.45 it came Dead on Arrival shipped it back in 3 business days. Their warranty states full refund, 14 days. It has been a month, no refund, no repaired lap top. They want me to drop paypal dispute, Then they will pay me. If I drop dispute then I receive nothing.

I called Jon at Edeals he states they have company policy not to give refund. How could we stay in Business. I sent lap top they, have not repaired, replaced or refunded my money. They say they need my money to stay in business.$227.45 I have made 10 phone calls, no help.

I filed BBB, Mail Fraud, Federal Trade Commission, IC3 fraud report. FBI internet fraud report. NFIC ONLINE Incident report. And more. These people Probaly have Ins or something they are using my money. Ihave nothing toshow for my 227.45. They have my $ and laptop.

They say they are power sellers. We sold over 14500 laptops. We never give $ back. How could we stay in Bussiness, People like this Give Ebay and paypal BAD Names.
