The rebuttal was lies as well. It is a same that we cannot do something. They said FedEx would be bringing this to my home and now they say something else. With a restocking fee and disagreements about the merchandise, it would be pointless to even try to get a refund if you even could get one. I don't care what they say the jewelry is misrepresented and even if they don't go by weight to ship, it is still very very cheatly packaged. All 4 items are very cheat and not what was led to be, now what does that say? I, m done with them and I will spread the word so others do not get ripped off
