Laptopcircles e bay is a complete fraud, please don't lose your money

I came across an auction in Ebay about a laptop deal. I emailed the seller Roy Skaggs (roy8830@aol.com). The link took me to www.laptopcircles.com. This site is managed by the same guy Roy Skaggs, who is a complete fraud. He is making quick money off of trusting customers.

I read every page in this website. It leads you to believe that 1 laptop will be sent as soon as there are 22 people on the list. But thats not the case. They are sending 1 laptop only every 4 weeks. I didnt know this when I enrolled since they only send you the enrollment list after you enroll.

I enrolled based on the misleading information on this website and sent $86 through Paypal. There are more than 130 people on the list and they are sending 1 laptop every 3 or 4 weeks.

So, 122nd person will get the laptop after 366 weeks, which is 7 years! No one would enroll in this program knowing that they will get the laptop after 7 years.By then the computer they send will be an antique and/or the seller will close the shop.

Many hundreds of people are going to trust the misleading information on the website and lose money. This is a scam designed to make quick money by ripping off trusting customers.

When I questioned the seller about the fact that I will not receive the laptop for many years, I did not receive any response (obviously because he is not planning on sending any laptop). Neither Ebay nor Paypal would refund me the money.

This guy continues to thrive and rip off more people even though I have complained to Ebay, Paypal, and NFIC about him! Beware of www.laptopcircles.com and seller Roy Skaggs (roy8830@aol.com) on Ebay!
