Do not order from these people. They only want your money!

I made an online purchase (89.99) from this company on 4/24/06. I received an email the next day with an order number, my ship-to address, payment info, etc.

According to their site, my products would ship the same day, priority mail, and should have been received by 4/27 or 4/28 at the latest.

When I called the number listed on the website, all I've ever gotten is a recorded message that all representatives are busy with other customers. You are not given the option to hold on and wait for someone, but instructed to leave a phone number and they will return your call. I have left messages on serveral occasions and am yet to receive a phone call. I have also email their "customer service" dept. With no response.

In my experience, companies do not charge your credit card until your product is shipped. My card was charged the very next day on 4/25, leading me to believe that my order had shipped.

It is not 6/14/06 and I have not received my product, have had no more correspondence from them nor have I been able to reach a live person at the number listed.

I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau on 5/1/06 and have received no information from them.

I have never in all the years I've purchased on-line been scammed before and this has left a very bitter taste in my mouth.

Seems to me like some "higher authority" should be able to track these people from their address or website and put an end to their thievery!!
