I orded to DVDs from an online company at thedvdbarn.com. I received an email on November 18th that my order was confirmed. I used Paypal as a method of payment and my account was charged for the total purchase.
There was no means of checking order status on the website so I emailed on November 25th requesting information as to the status of my order. I received a response in a short amount of time that my order had shipped on the 24th. On December 8th I still had not received my order so I emailed again and even called the number listed on the email of my order confirmation. The phone call only allowed me to leave a voice message. I received no response. I have emailed and called for the past 3 days and have yet to receive a response as to why I haven't received the product. I asked how to cancel my order in the last email so I could get my money back. No information on the site as to how to cancel an order.
I have no way to check my order or get my money back. My order was invoice #165.
