Roper Systems International (Jerry Gordon) ripoff! Fraud, dishonest!

On 11/26/04, visited website and ordered carpet color repair kit. The site required payment through Wells Fargo Electronic Wallet. The site also claimed that the credit card would not be charged until the order was shipped.

On 12/27/04, called Roper Systems International and left a voice mail for someone to call. No body ever called back.

On 12/28/04, called Roper Systems International again and left voice mail. Someone called back and said the order had been shipped and should have arrived. They said they would ship another kit that day through priority mail and I should receive it within a couple of days.

1/3/05, called Roper Systems International to tell them I still had not received either of the shipments. Left voice mail.

1/4/05, called Roper Systems International and left another voice mail to return my call.

1/5/05, called Roper Systems International and left another voice mail to return my call.

1/6/05, called Roper Systems International and left yet another voice mail to return my call. Still no response.

1/7/05, Sent Roper Systems International an email and asked them to cancel my order and refund my money to my credit card.

1/10/05, called Roper Systems International and left another voice mail.

1/11/05, called Roper Systems International and left another voice mail.

1/12/05, called Roper Systems International and left another voice mail.

1/13/05, called Roper Systems International and left message that I am taking legal action if they don't respond.

1/13/05, Jerry Gordon finally returned my call and said they had received my email asking to cancel my order and said they were backed up because of many employee illnesses. He promised that my credit card would be refunded the full amount by 1/17/05.

1/19/05-1/27/05 - Called and left a message every day and have never received a response.

1/27/05 - Send another email asking about the refund to my credit card.

Summary of how I was defrauded:
I was charged for a product I never received. They said they had shipped it twice through UPS, but when I asked them for the tracking number, they always had a computer problem or something and couldn't give it to me. I was promised a refund to my credit card, and have not received it. They are now refusing to return my phone calls and emails.
