Ripoff unsatisfactory service misleading fraud Clearwater Florida internet

I bought a outfit from hotmiamistyles on eBay. I got it and it wasn't as described so I sent it back and then I made a requested for my money. He denied it so I filed a claim with pay pal and they so called investigated it and said I have no proof that I sent it. So I had to go through a lot of crap to get it but I did from the USPS where I sent it off. I got a letter with his signature on it also the date and time and I was still denied because I didn't pay for a tracking number even though I have proof from the Post Office. So he wanted the negative feed back removed and payed for a moderator and she was on his side and told me that I had insurance on the item that I should file a claim. And I told her for one he got the item so he should give me my $82.28 for two even if I wanted to I couldn't because he received the item. So we never agreed on anything nor did I withdraw his feed back.

EBay wasn't no help. I e-mailed Bill Cobb and a Rep of his was no help, just saying go file here or there and I did and I still don't have my money and he's still on there selling things. This aint right
