We Care Company, Cody ray, Wecarehyperstore.com happily accepted my money but did not send a product, despite me paying insurance Ripoff, internet

I bought a product from Cody in June with no trouble. I liked it so much I ordered a second one. When it didn't show up, Cody said I had to give it 30 days before he could "run a trace". I let the 30 days go, then a few days so che could respond. I heard nothing. After numerous emails, he told me it had been sent 2 days after payment, and i should check with my customs. He gave me no tracking number and no insurance details. Customs could do nothing without a tracking number.

After many more emails, to which he responded to only 2, he kept saying that I had stuffed up and had received the item (he kept referring to the first item which I HAD received).

I tried to file a claim through PayPal who weren't interested because more than 45 days had lapsed (I think Cody new this when he told me to wait 30 days for "tracing").

I then used Square Trade. Square Trade only take your money if the other person agrees to mediate. Cody agreed immediately. Square Trade took my money, and Cody immediately responded that he "couldn't help me any further", at which point Square Trade thanked both of us for participating and immediately closed the case!

I tried to file a claim with eBay, and report the fraud. I got no response for weeks, and eventually someone wrote and said that they were investigating, and within 14 days I'd hear from them. More than 2 weeks later, I got a questionnaire from eBay asking how they'd done!

Meanwhile Cody gets away with this. He took AS$180 for the item and for postage/insurance. I might add that insurance is 40% of this cost. I have since read his other negative feedbacks from eBay and I am not alone. Since Square Trade and eBay don't care, this guy will continue to take money from people and not conduct his business professionally.
