I ordered two items from http://www.classiccloseouts.com and was charged for two items but only one item shipped. The order was changed without my approval because I would have cancelled the order if given the chance. The order as placed would have had free shipping. I was charged ~$6 shipping for a ~$5 item. Multiple attempts to contact and not a single reply, no refund for unshipped item. How is this company still in business? The site should be blocked.

Fraud plain and simple.
