Weeks of Wrong so Not in Time for Christmas

I ordered a pair of matching vases online. Two vases were shipped, but did not match. I emailed customer service [and still haven't heard back], so I called customer service. They promised to send the correct vase ASAP. Since it was free shipping I ordered 4 more matching vases. The order arrived today: one correct item, one broken item [packed broken since the large chunk off the vase is not in the box with it], and one wrong item. And then there is one that has not come yet. That makes: 6 items ordered, 2 are right. 2 out of 6 is not good!
By the way, the packaging was awful - flimsy cardboard boxes loaded with tiny styrofoam particles full of static. I opened the box and the stuff came out and stuck to everything This is not what I expect from this supposedly upscale store.
