Ripoff a criminal background produced absolutely nothing Internet

I did background and criminal background with zabasearch regaarding someone i met online. The criminal background report showed absolutely no information.

After being ripped off for a total now possibly exceeding $10,000.00 i find out he is a fugitive from justice, with a nationwide warrant, out of idaho. I then emailed them and complained, they responded with "we do not use police records", i emailed them again saying that was not posted when i made the request, they have ignored that email.
