Ripoff Took my money and did not deliver the background report

I paid $20 for a background report on an individual. The site promisies to deliver it intantly. It never arrived, there is no way to contact them form the site, nor is there a phone listing for the company with information. I did additional research and found that I am only one of many who have been ripped off by this company. I also discovered that the principal has a criminal record.
