Useless background report on known felon ripoff Internet

I paid $89.00 for a full background report and criminal check on an individual who is a convicted felon. Received a bunch of useless information with absolutely no reference or information on his convictions.

I e-mailed a complaint to customer relations and was advised that I would be contacted within three days. After a week, I have heard nothing.
