Net Detective the information they give you about background checks before you buy is nothing like what they have after you've paid for it it's a total rip-off i can get more info off the internet for free

I order net detective for $29.00 and then it said to add net detective plus for $9.95 to do futher background checks. This does not do what it says. It does not pull up any criminal history, i know because i tried pulling someone up that has a criminal background and it showed nothing on him.

Also on the phone records it does not give you unlisted phone numbers like it claims it does..

This is a rip off and i would like to know who to get intouch with to get a refund..
