Misrepresentation Fraud of a Criminal Background Search Company

I paid for a $19.95 criminal Background search of myself to see if this Company was Legitimate, and of course they were NOT. I have a criminal Background, there is NO question about that, and after I spent my $19.95 for my search, Their search came back as, "No criminal records were found for this individual." Which is totally Inaccurate. I called them on the phone and requested a refund, They said NO. I emailed them numerous times to get a refund, They said NO. They I finnally faxed them an Authentic NCIC criminal background of myself from a Police Detective, and This is the response I was given:

Dear Martin,

I received your fax. It appears that these charges are at the Federal level, which we DO NOT cover. It also appears that some of the listed are arrests
and not actual convictions, which we do not cover.

I am sorry that you find our service to be useless and worthless. We ask customers to check coverage on the search page, and the User Agreement prior
to submitting a search.

I regret that I must decline your request for a refund. Our refund policy

They just didnt know how to read an NCIC report, because it lists the arrests, convictions and Dispositions... They just find every exuse in the book to not issue a refund... PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY! DO NOT use them for any searches... Google has been contacted to get expelled from their search engines..
