After buying a dell inspiron 9100, i lost my job within the 30 day return period and called them for a return authorization #. I spoke w / a customer rep. Who promised to send me the return auth.info. I made a few payments and kept calling them to no avail.
I've been given wrong phone #'s, extension #'s, and have been disconnected many times, and now i'm writing to round rock, tx. I believe the original operator (who did not speak very good english) entered my info wrong, and now i'm stuck w / this computer. Any suggestions? Please help, this has become a financial burden. Thanks
