Poor Service and response

Avoid this company if you can. The service is terrible and the response time (if you get an answer to your calls) is slow. The service techs and installers just leave door hangers and walk away without doing ANYTHING at all.

If you use them make sure that you watch them install and if you need service watch to make sure that they do it.
