I purchased a new dell inspiron computer for my mother, not long after it stopped working and a tec from dell came to her home and fixed it, not long after it stopped working again, they came and fixed it again, not long after it stopped working again, so on 03/17 they sent a replacement computer. We purchased a three year warranty, that computer stopped working on 09/15. Dell is saying the warranty does not exist. On 09/18 i purchased my mother a real computer an hp. I do not want another dell, i do not want dell to replace the dud with another dud, i just want a refund for the dell inspiron computer that i purchased.
