Antique Arrived Painted and Broken, Case Closed in Seller's Favor

PayPal supports rip-offs by sellers. The item was advertised as a beautiful antique in perfect condition. It arrived painted, and when the paint was removed it was broken.
I have pictures, but no way to send them to PayPal. PayPal found in favour of the seller.
"Case closed".
They did not ask for pictures, which prove my claim. They make it impossible to provide them with info.
They get $ from sellers, so they do not care about rip-offs. There is no way to trace PayPal.
Beware. PayPal is a scam, and is related to eBay. Who owns eBay? What else do they own? It is legalized piracy.
