Ripoff, took my money, sent no merchandise, won't respond

I purchased replica oakleys from this company on 2/1/05. This company stated that they ship within 24 hours of receiving payment, I paid by credit card so the payment was instant. They also stated that I would receive merchandise within 2 to 3 business days shipped priority mail. I ordered on a Tuesday so I should have received them no later than Friday. I contacted them several times via email. I found that they had no phone number to call.

I tried to report them to the better business bureau but of course they can't be found. So I reported them to my credit card company and I got a refund from my credit card company 2 weeks after I placed my order.

As of this date if you check the status of my order it says it is still "in proccess".
