Fresh Chocodiles
Ordered Chocodiles, Never Received, No Refund, No Contact - RIP OFF

I ordered 2 boxes of Chocodiles & 2 boxes of Ding Dongs on January 26. According to their site "All of our orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail to maintain freshness and value for our customers." Priority Mail takes 2-3 days to deliver. There was nothing on the web site that indicated that my order would be shipped at any time other than shortly after it was received.

A few days after I placed my order a giant blizzard struck most of the country. I did not receive any email from the company concerning this (even though every other company with whom I had an outstanding order send an message concerning the delivery of my orders). I emailed the company at the beginning of February about the status of the order, I receive no reply.By February 7, I had no order, no replies and my Google Checkout order page still had the status of my order listed as "not yet shipped" so I emailed again. This time I received a response from Vince: "We'll get this fixed in the next 24 hours." That was it, that was the entire email. That was also the last time I ever heard from the company.

I emailed several more times asking for them to ship the products or refund my money. I escalated the issue to Google Checkout. My first request through Google Checkout was merely to have the products shipped. Google evidently also got no response from the company as I received nothing, not even an email from the company. My second escalation to Google was for a refund. My next step is to contact my credit card's fraud department and Better Business Bureau. I just want my refund at this point. The products were for a birthday that was over two weeks ago. There isn't a point in receiving the products now.
