Charges Credit Card, Never Sends Merchandise, No Customer Service, Will Not Respond to Email Complaints

This company is a complete fraud. They will STEAL your money and never send what you have ordered. That is what happened to me and countless other customers. Read on:

On 12/10/06 I ordered a Xmas gift for my wife and paid extra to have it priority shipped. It is now 12/27/06 and not only have I not received the merchandise, I cannot get the company to respond to numerous emails regarding the order.

The company suggests you track your order using their on-line tracking system, which, of course, does not help one bit since there is no order to actually track. Under "order status" and "Tracking Number" both categories are blank.

If you have already ordered from this company, I suggest you write an email asking to cancel your order and refund your money. They of course will not respond to this email but you will at least have this for your records. Then, immediately call your credit card company and dispute the charge.
