Ripoff, took order but no merchandise

I'm afraid I may be a victim similar to Heather. I copied the info below from her complaint, only had to change the date and day information.

I purchased replica oakleys from this company on 7/9/05. This company stated that they ship within 24 hours of receiving payment, I paid by credit card so the payment was instant. They also stated that I would receive merchandise within 2 to 3 business days shipped priority mail.

I ordered on a Satureday, so I should have received them no later than Friday. I contacted them several times via email. I found that they had no phone number to call.

There have been no responses to emails. I realize that I may be a little quick to complain, but given Heather's exact same problem if don't have much confidence.

Do not order from this company!!! I do not believe that you will see your order!!!

I guess my only option is to contact my credit card company and try to get a refund.
