Ripoff poor customer service

I cancelled my aol account in early December, before the billing cycle. I found out they did not cancel it so I called them to cancel again in January and demand my money back. I called my bank the following day to see if AOL had placed the funds back into my account little I new that I was charged a overdraft fee for money that AOL should not have taken out from my account. I am now fighting with AOL to get the 30.00 fee issued back into my account and they are advising me that they will not be able to do anything and that is all my fault.

As to their customer service department they are very poor in dealing with customers. And to cancel they ask you so many things all they have to do is stop asking so many questions and do what the customer wishes for.
