This group called me to offer help locating grants and scholarships for college. They first informed me that they were calling in reguard to the FAFSA that I turned into the government only a few days before. I agreed to pay for thier service as long as I could cancel before it took place with no charge. I attempted to cancel during the same day. The customer service clerk Anne Brooks, told me that I would have to wait a week to cancel because my information had not been processed yet and informed me that if I called in one week, that there would be no charges. I called one week later and I told her I wished to cancel. She said ok and pulled up my account and put me in as cancelled. I then recieved calls from an agent of thiers, but I was away from my phone. I returned several calls only to leave a message stating my name and I have already cancelled and that I needed no further calls. They charged my bank account anyway, putting me $130 in the negative overdrafting my account. I called and they gave me the same run around, that they won't be able to review the financial transaction for 5 days. I called back after 6 business days only for them to tell me that they would be sending me a booklet I would have to send immediately back to recieve a refund. I do not expect them to send me my money at all or a booklet.
