Ripoff dishonest, least friendly store, liars, best buy deleted everything from my computer

Could not get on line. Took product to best buy for them to fix had a plan. A man said go pay 60.00 stand in line and leave your modem here. Will find the problem.

Came back 4 days later, found out best buy deleted everything from my computer - most inportant my taxes, everything wiped - out then wanted me to stand in line to pay 89.00 to have them retriev ethe lost info.

I felt like busting his face. Not a threat; felt is a feeling. Do you call that service? Hell no, 4 years of info down the drain thank to dumb techs at best buy.

Even another manager agreed with me. He said who was the dummy that worked on your computer. Thank best junk don't think for a moment that I will not seek a lawyer concerning this. As well as the b.B. B and anyone else that wants to lend an ear and I'm not no kidding. I'm 43 I spent a lot of hard hours and lots of lost sleep entering all my info to have best buy erase my whole computer.
