Used product and lost irreplaceable data!

Buyer beware! Rebit sounds too good to be true! And sadly in my case it is.
I had been backing up my computer just like they instructed me to and my computer's hard drive failed back in December. After numerous tries to get my info back Rebit told me that it failed due to a glitch in their systerm that they didn't know about and lost about 600 irreplaceable pictures of my daughter's life. Although the people at Rebit... See Morewere "sorry" and tried to get my info back they were unable to and offered nothing in compensation due to their failure. Now 6 months later I had a windows failure and had to use rebit again. I thought I'd give them one more chance. Again, rebit has failed to live up to their promise. I would update rebit and when ran rebit brought back my computer but did not upload any recent stuff that I had updated. I have not deleted the irreplaceable pictures of my newborn sons life off my camera's card otherwise these would have been lost too and Rebit would have only told me they were sorry. This product has caused me many hours of grief, and I have yet to see how they are protecting my information that I have on my computer. Please beware that they are truly "too good to be true" and you should look elsewhere to find something reliable to protect your files on your computer.
