Loss of programs, cd burner not working. Computer re configured

I took my computer to daves shop to have more memory added and from the start it wasnt working properly. I went back at least 5 times to have him rectify the problem. I specifically told him not to touch certain programs. He deleted the very programs i refered to. He got me a free version program of one that i lost but it is not working the same. My cd burner is not working and this is directly linked to something he did because he had to fix it before because of a mistake he did. My musicmatch song player was deleted which is not available on line anymore. I paid this man quite a lot of money to fix my computer and he just totally ravaged my computer to a point that i can barely use it. I will have to shovel out more money to get it back working properly. I am extremely upset and dis satisfied with this mans work on my machine. I think he should give me my money back, or a great portion of it
