Messed Up Computer - Red Dragon

I took my computer in to Red Dragon Computer & Laptop Service @ 6743 Stage Rd, Bartlett, TN 38133. I told them I had a virus on it and I wanted the to remove the virus. I was under the impression that that's the ONLY thing they would do and they wiped my entire computer and I lost videos, pictures & data on there for the last 2 years. They told me they could get it back, they would have to "search" the harddrive but that would be atleast another $100.00. After I complained to the owner by email he sent me a very nasty email about how I was a crybaby & a jerk and I should have known that they were going to do that. He did offer to try to get the items back for free but I felt very comfortable taking it to him then and figured he would sabatoge my computer.
