I was looking for a good lotto software and i ran across a companie named otuimations, a so called software development companie. So i veiwed the web site. And they had supposeily software named cracking the lotto. So me and my brother got together and created ancount with paypal so we did it and we attempted an order with this company so. Two weeks had pass no software or notice of shipment.

So i told paypal about they have not confirmed an order for the e-funds we engaged. So three weeks still no software or information of correspondence. Paypal detected that the web page of the company was not an offical registerd URL. So i realized i got ripped off and the site is still up and going. I just don't understand someone needs to bust them of there scams.
