Www.paidpertweet.com after payment i was able to download the software than never worked on my compute

Looks like a cool software and a good idea.

I purchased their software and paid with Paypal (the only way to pay them)
apparently as a buyer, in that case - software purchase, Paypal doesn't protect you.

After downloading their software Social Blaster and BirdCollector and installing it
over my computer - it kept crushing on me, i wasn't able to use it at all.

They doesn't have a system requirements published at their website
and they are not providing their phone number as well.

Only way to contact them is by email address and online chat.

After file a dispute in Paypal, PayPal didn't do nothing and just closed the case.
They closed my account after they said they don't have control over it.

And basically just stole money from me. 300$
