SOLD software that does NOT burn & finalize a dvd which is useless NO REFUND

May 30th I purchased 1click software that I understood would burn and finalize a dvd to play on a home dvd/tv set up. Upon purchase and downloading of the software and many hours later I discovered that the software would not finalize the dvd.

Burning a dvd from our Samsung Camcorder and playing it on a tv/dvd for the family was the reason I purchased the software.

I currently have over 21 e-mails to and from LG Software Innovations trying to "fix" the problem by switching my product to another. Having me download another software program called divx (which didn't work unless I paid for it too), sending my system log file and many other requests from them.

Also included in these e-mails from me are requests to refund my $59.00 which is not going to happen. Even Paypal will not follow up on the claim I submitted because of the type of product I bought.

Last course of action will be to file again with my financial institution since Paypal will not do anything.
