Poor Service Poor Customer Service

December 6 9009 Went set for examination and 2 sets of glasses. I desired 1 to become sunglasses. First she created out order-we quit after departing shop and on orad house she named about 20 minutes later and informed us the set my husband requested couldnt be requested so we'd to show around return and re-order. We needed to delay another 3 to seven days prior to the cash confirmed back on our health care insurance money card. We got our spectacles about 3 months after we ordered. But not my sunglasses. Those arrived later and also the contacts are poor and unacccetable by their standards. So now here it's 30 days later still awaiting shades and that I am receiving every justification they are able to develop in regards to what is wrong. LOVED it nowadays once they stated that they spoke to my spouse on his mobile phone. He never got a phone and he doesn't abandon his mobile phone sleeping around wherever others may use it. HELLO lenscraftres DON'T REST.
