Late delivery and poor customer service

Our mom had a watch examination from the Dr. Within the nearby LensCrafter store after which requested spectacles using the aid of Dorothy for the reason that shop. It was in December by having an estimated shipping time of 11/23/09. It's today 12/21/09 and we still don't possess the spectacles. The shop blames it on the laboratory simply because they didn't create the spectacles as requested. I created a call-over yesterday and Dorothy subsequently recommended the laboratory was simply resting about the purchase given that they did not understand how to load it. This really is really poor customer support!!
