Unacceptable Service

Over $600 and 8 weeks later, I'd two sets of spectacles, one by having an incorrect lens, and also the different having a damaged lens. Needed to undergo 3 physician appointments. Guaranteed hope I'd find out about poor people support of the organization. Visited another organization along with a week later I've an excellent set of spectacles. Meantime, I am caught with two-pair of expensive, useless spectacles. Don't allow LensCrafters workers let you know, "Nothing is incorrect using the spectacles, they simply have a while to obtain used to." All-they wish to accomplish is enable you to get after dark one month guarantee return day. Don't allow them alter the caliber of the contact to significantly less than that which you initially requested. Once the organization gets annoyed, be careful they do not over-tighten your contact within the spectacles purposely so that they break. Avoid purchasing from LensCrafters! They've my cash and that I have useless spectacles.
