I purchased a set of spectacles that included magnetic shades. Your day after I obtained them, the contact dropped out. I introduced them back again to ask them to set. They did a temporary repair and needed to purchase me a brand new set. I had been informed it'd consider atleast fourteen days convey. Well, after about 31/2 months, I named. I had been informed they nevertheless hadn't obtained my replacement set. The next evening, LensCrafters quit me a note declaring they no further transported the structures which I really could are available in and choose a brand new body. I went in to the shop and was informed that I really could get fresh structures, although not with magnetic shades. I advised the team person who the main reason I choose these specific spectacles, was due to the shades. I want them for work. They explained that I really could not have them with sunglasses and there is nothing they might do to correct the problem apart from provide me a brand new set without shades. They attempted to provide me a inexpensive clip-on shades free of charge in my experience. I advised them which was not acceptable in my experience, that I needed the magnetic shades. Because it stands, I'm still sporting the damaged spectacles using the magnetic shades. I did so advise them when I'd an issue together, that I'll be back.
