Extremely Terrible Service

I created poor people selection of visiting the Lenscrafters Optique area in Clairemont on Feb. 5. It had been the nearest optometrist in my experience and that I was in desperate need of the fresh set as my present types were actually falling apart. I'd a watch examination and acquisitions two sets of spectacles: normal and prescription sunglasses. All told, I invested over $1000. I had been initially instructed my spectacles could be prepared within 5-10 business days. The next Friday I named the shop to obtain an update on my spectacles whilst the joint on my previous one smashed and that I needed to stick it back together. I had been informed that my shades might appear on Thursday and my additional set might appear on Friday. Wednesday emerged and that I was informed that my shades came. I inquired if my others might be prepared 24 hours later and so I might choose them equally up in the same period. I had been informed, yes. Thursday arrived with no one named me and so I approached the shop and was informed the spectacles could be prepared Thursday or Friday, despite being informed twice they'd prepare yourself on Saturday. Fast-forward to Friday and, again, nobody has approached me. I contact the shop and was informed the spectacles would not prepare yourself until Friday. I had been provided simply no clarification regarding the reason I repeatedly provided wrong data or any apology regarding the recurring errors. Never did anybody in the shop present to update me about the scenario or even to facilitate the procedure. The workers were good enough to me after I first visited the shop, but the moment they got my cash, they mightnot provide a damn about me.

I need any visitors to prevent Lenscrafters. Don't provide them with your cash, nor take something their employees let you know.
