Pathetic customer service

Me and my spouse had requested two spectacles, and were guaranteed shipping within seven days. 10 times passed with no one approached us, whenever we called to ask, they really rudely stated, "how am I going to understand where your purchase is", upon requesting after I can get the shipping they responded, " we've no concept, clearly they've not come, and that's why we've not named". Lastly after 15 times they contact and reveal our sets have now been dropped in email!!! When questioned when they possess the following range, they clearly did not have one.

We asked when they might facilitate the shipping, and atleast can there be a certain day to obtain them, they stated there's none, which time-too they might wander off!

Which was it, we did a complete reimbursement on both our sets, and today need to purchase anything again with a few other organization. Although performing the reimbursement, I questioned when there is a person feedback quantity, they might not discover for just one, actually the manger did not understand how customer comments might be completed!

Really wonderful!!!
