Dreadful delivery service

We bought a wall-unit from Pottery Barn Children for $1,550.00, that was to incorporate "white-glove" shipping. I questioned about that many times, since if we could not have it assembled, we desired to appear elsewhere. The salesman assured me I had been spending money on and might obtain "white-glove" shipping. The shipping day arrived and went, though a contact have been delivered stating it was onto itis method. After speaking with various support people, they stated they mightnot think it is. They discovered it. They stated they'd transformed shipping businesses plus they would need to make use of the fresh one also it could be another 10 times. Your day of shipping ultimately came so when they sent it, they declined to put together it. I named customer support, no aid, subsequently named the orginial salesman and he or she attempted to obtain the shipping people back out to put together it. They guaranteed to become there (5 days after it had been shipped) plus they did not show. Named the salseperson again, they named the shipping organization plus they did not call-back. Enough! Therefore we simply place it together ourselves, not attempting to delay any more. I've requested to get a reimbursement of the "white-glove" quantity I allegedly settled, have not seen back. At this time, would like to overlook it and them. But desired to alert everybody that furniture shipping appears to be a problem with this specific organization, when I've read grievances on a number of different websites. (Sigh, must have read them before I purchased this item!) So buyer beware.
