End-of march-i put an order with inkjetremix.com. Reaction was quickly, and purchase quantity in e-mail, significantly less than 10 minutes. When I predicted like the majority of purchases, floor shipping-3-5 business days. Meantime I acquired online and examined bank card, and cost was removed on november 2.8 days passed. Lastly, 3 nights later finally got on the site to discover about purchase. It examine pending purchase. Imminent? It had been previously taken care of. Until backordered-which nothing was stated about this. Emailed them. No reaction. Following day sent. No reaction. Five times I've sent. Twice quit title and quantity, and purchase number on the customer support. No calls. Just concept that representative. Are busy and can callback. Lastly yesterday, delivered another mail. Possibly pay me, contact me, of course if by-chance it's a backorder, atleast advise me. Nothing. Its like they dropped off the facial skin of our planet. Im angry. Any body otherwise have this issue with this specific organization??
