Worst customer service possible

I called today for general questions and to have my password reset. I was on the phone a total of 1 hour and 25 minutes - 4 calls - cut off twice and transferred 8 times. I cannot believe we as insurers are at the mercy of this lack of customer service. This is totally wrong.
