Failed to answer calls, receive faxes, and issue refunds

I ordered the sample pack from a TV add. Once I received it and evaluated the tablets, I decided not to continue receiving the monthly shipments. I called the two numbers provided on several occasions. Each time I called the phone continued to ring and ring and ring or I received a busy tone (probably because someone else was getting the ring, ring, ring). Within a few days, I received the first package. I wrote something similar to: "Return to sender, shipment refused, attempted to contact via phone, please cancel auto ship, refund requested..."

Within a few weeks I noticed another fee on my credit card so I attempted on six occasions to fax a letter requesting cancellation of the auto ship and a refund of both charges. However, the fax number provided was never answered and the fax was never sent (busy tone or "ring, ring, ring" each time). I disputed it with my credit card company and they initially issued me a credit for the charge. However, they took the credit back the next day... I want my $93.80 refunded and to not receive anything else from this fraudulent company.
