Don't know what to think - Jewelry

I have ordered many things in the past, jewelry, gem stones ect. Always been happy with what I received and also received it in a timely manner.in April I ordered a ruby diemen ring. As of June 28 I still had not received it. On June 28 I seen a beautiful tanzinite ring so I bought it, and called the next day amd cancelled the ruby ring. Now it is July 10 still no credit back to my account for the ruby rIng nor no tanzinte ring. Is it true have they stated taking people will I ever get my credit back or the correct tanzinte ring? What has happen. Now that Loren has left is the company falling a part? I hope what I have read is not so. Anita
