Defective product - Unable to reach retaile

On December 22 I ordered a Dallas Cowboys ring from the jewelry box online.invoice # 69475935, prepaid with credit card. When I received the ring on December 24th it was found to be defective in that one of the five stars in the center of the ring has its point covered/missing. I have attempted numerous times to contact the retailer at the number provided but have been unsuccessful. I would like to have the ring replaced. If this isn't possible I would like to have a refund.
