I purchased a ring sold by TekkeArts late last year. The cost was roughly $60 USD. They shipped me a ring that I did not order and when I informed them, they did not respond back for several weeks.
Finally, in December of I got a company rep on the phone and they asked me to ship back the item (at my cost) and that they would either credit back the sale amount, or ship me the correct ring. I shipped the ring back to them on my cost.
From then through now (Aug), they have failed to ship me the ring I ordered, or credit back the charge. And now they also have back the incorrect ring they shipped out to me.
They never send replies to emails or answer their phone.in the rare chance they do answer the phone, they hang up on purpose.
