I ordered a three month supply of medication (which I had a script for) from this company and was only shipped a one month supply. Of course, I paid for a three month supply. I called customer service immediately and they directed me to the actual pharmacy where I was told by law they can only ship a one month supply and that if I would like a refund I need to talk to FortuneTeleMed.com so I call them back. I am told by the rep that he would try to get his supervisor to do a refund for the missing medications.

It was Friday evening and I was told to call back Monday morning. I decided to wait until Tuesday to call back and got the same guy on the phone. He tells me what the difference is and that it should be back in my bank account in an hour and if not to call back. I wait a couple of hours and call back because guess what? It's not there. I get the same guy on the phone again and he tells me that I misunderstood him, he did not say it would be there in an hour but for me to call back in an hour to get the total which he had already given me. I figure that I will never get my money back but it is at least worth a try. I tell the guy that this is unacceptable service and it is no way to treat a customer and he tells me that he has done everything he can to refund my money and it should be in my account in 2-5 days and hangs up on me.

I have made several attempts to call but and just put on hold. I have also sent several emails with no reply. I know that ordering ANYTHING on line can be dangerous but this is just really crappy service.
