Ivory white making big bucks on their return policies!

On Sept. 6 I, unintentionally, 'signed up' for a free sample of Ivory White Tooth Whitening and, within 1 hour of catching the error on a Saturday, e-mailed the company too inform them of the error. After waiting several hours for a reply, I phoned their contact number to let them know of my error and be sure they would correct it.

After making the phone call and physically hearing their hours, I had too wait until the following (2days!) Monday as they were closed for the weekend! Finally, after waiting until mid-afternoon on Monday due to no return e-mail or phone call, I recalled Ivory White to give the info and cancel the mistaken order.

I explained what happened and wanted too cancel the order but had I to wait until I received it as their 'automated system' sends it out almost immediately after the order is received and when it arrived, it would be 'no problem' just return 1 of the 2 boxes sent (they send a free trial and a 1 month supply together in a single box!) as soon as I receive it and keep the trial pack and the $78.41 would not be taken from our account when they received the 1 month supply back in Denver by Sept. 23.

By Sept. 18, I called to tell 'Stephanie' (I guess the only Customer Service Rep they have as each of the 6 times I called, she was who I talked too!) I still had not received the order and there was no way too return it by Sept. 23. She told me everything would be taken care of just call and let them know when it got here and send it back right away... I did all I was asked!!!

On Oct. 8, they took $78.41 from our account and 'Stephanie', after calling to find out why says, they did not receive the return by the 'deadline of Sept. 23'!!! All e-mails are answered in the same way, as are the phone calls and still have not received the refund!!!
